Getting Started

The Executive Strategy Call is a complimentary 30-minute session where we assess your current career positioning, understand your goals, and identify the key gaps between where you are and where you want to be. You'll leave with clarity on your positioning challenges and a recommended action plan, whether you choose to work with us or not.

ECL is built specifically for mid-to-senior level professionals targeting Director, VP, or C-Suite roles. Our sweet spot is professionals with 10+ years of experience who are either actively job searching, preparing to make a strategic move, or looking to accelerate their career trajectory. We also serve HR leaders and organizations through our advisory services.

Most resume writers focus on formatting and wording. We start with market strategy. Before we write a single word, we conduct a market intelligence audit of your target roles, analyze competitor candidate profiles, and develop a positioning thesis. Then we engineer your resume, LinkedIn, and narrative to execute on that strategy. The result is a cohesive positioning system, not just a formatted document.

Our Process

Our standard executive resume engagement takes 7–10 business days from intake to delivery. LinkedIn optimization is typically completed within 5–7 business days. The full Executive Positioning Package (resume + LinkedIn + market audit) runs 10–14 business days. Rush timelines are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

After booking, you'll complete a detailed Career Intelligence Questionnaire that captures your target roles, career history, key achievements, leadership philosophy, and positioning goals. We then schedule a 60-minute deep-dive call to extract the nuances that questionnaires can't capture. From there, our team develops your strategy and begins production.

All engagements include 2 rounds of revisions. Our revision process is collaborative. We want you to feel fully confident in every word before we finalize. If additional revisions are needed beyond the included rounds, we handle them on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always a result you're proud to present.

No ethical career service can guarantee employment, as too many variables are outside anyone's control. Our engagements are priced based on the scope of work and your career level. Executive Resume engagements start at a rate appropriate for the level of strategy and research involved. We also offer bundled packages (Resume + LinkedIn, Full Positioning Package) at preferred pricing. During your strategy call, we'll discuss the investment and match you to the service that makes the most sense for your goals and timeline.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a foundational principle at ECL. All client information, career history, target companies, and engagement details are held in strict confidence. We never share client identities, use client materials as samples without express permission, or discuss client engagements externally. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is available upon request for any engagement.
